As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients over the phone and in person.We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate! As a customer service specialist, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals. We offer flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment.
