Who we are lookingfor:

We are seeking a Treasury Services Director to join our team! The Treasury Services Director will lead and develop Treasury Services Officers, Associates, and Analysts. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. You will develop partnerships with Deposit Operations, Commercial Banking, and Finance teams. Develop and execute a strategy localized to target audience, growth, and product.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results
  • Leads with direction and coordination building successful relationships
  • Monitors staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback
  • Builds collaborative internal relationships with other internal partners
  • Participates in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Services messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies
  • Solicits and coordinates the acquisition of new and expanded business relationships resulting in the overall growth of new business deposits.
  • Orchestrates customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on new business customers within their book of business as well as reviews new business customer files for completeness of documents and compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the management of the budget to ensure that deposit volume and net income goals are met.
  • Assist with the management of the sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships.
  • Must deal effectively with business banking customers, have a great deal of initiative and tact, and be fully aware of all BSA/AML requirements.

  • Sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope.
  • This position requires 10+ years of experience in sales and industry.
