In this role, you’ll help shape the daily office experience through thoughtful coordination, engaging events, and a warm, professional presence. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude. What You’ll Do
You’ll help create a welcoming, engaging, and seamless office experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Greeting guests, clients, and team members with a warm and professional presence
  • Managing reception and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries
  • Maintaining an organized, inviting, and hospitality-driven front-of-house environment
  • Coordinating team lunches, meetings, CEU events, and office gatherings
  • Managing catering orders, vendor coordination, and dietary preferences
  • Supporting daily office operations, supplies, and shared spaces
  • Capturing and creating light social media content that reflects office culture and events in collaboration with the Public Relations team
  • Assisting with scheduling and posting content across social media platforms
  • Coordinating calendars, RSVPs, and logistics for internal events and shared spaces
  • Providing light administrative support as needed to keep the office running smoothly
