Job description

We're a prominent, boutique wealth management office based in Oakville Ontario looking for the right fit candidate to join our team in a full-time, supporting role of Client Services Associate. This is a permanent position with future growth potential. Please do not apply if you are a student or looking for a temporary position.


We are an intimate team with well established client relationships so fit is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidate must be confident and comfortable in social interactions, professional, articulate and genuine in appearance and demeanor, capable of multi-tasking and successful at managing shifting priorities throughout the day while seeing all time sensitive tasks to completion.


Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-4:30pm.


Duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Maintaining inventory of and replenishing office supplies, food, beverages for the branch and branch events
  • Warmly greet all guests and offer/prepare refreshments for clients
  • Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and overseeing distribution of Client Portal notifications to respective team member
  • Preparing meeting rooms for In-Person client meetings and clearing and tidying room after
  • Diligently managing the branch spaces to ensure a consistent, tidy, bright and happy client experience
  • Order Entry and follow up for daily trading per client request/need
  • Participating as a member of the branch in educational, fun and team building initiatives

Skills:

  • Strong Computer skill including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with technological applications such as CRM and other web-based apps
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Consistently demonstrates accountability and ownership
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to manage change effectively

Qualifications:

  • Financial administrative experience an asset
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Client relations/service: 1 year (required)
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • CSC an asset but not a requirement
