Location: Plantation, FL
Schedule: In-office, Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in a part-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrives in a professional office setting.
As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive, professional first impression
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Manage front-desk operations, including mail handling and visitor coordination
