Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact between Elevare Branding and our clients. You will help ensure that client needs are handled professionally, questions are answered efficiently, and projects and requests move forward smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

  • Assist with coordinating client projects, requests, and internal follow-ups.
