Client Service Associate (CSA) - Wealth Management
A growing and highly regarded wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to support advisors and deliver a high-level client experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational and client service background within the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced supporting high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers with daily client service and operational needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and account-related requests
  • Process account openings, transfers, money movement requests, distributions, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate and track client onboarding documentation
  • Prepare meeting materials, paperwork, and follow-up items for advisors
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
  • Communicate with custodians and internal departments to resolve account issues
  • Ensure all documentation and processes remain compliant with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Service Associate, Registered Client Associate, or similar wealth management support role
  • Experience working within wealth management, private banking, broker-dealer, or RIA environments
  • Strong understanding of account operations and client service processes
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisors and high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) are a plus but not required
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
