Are you a people-person who thrives on making connections, solving problems, and supporting both pets and their families? At Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital, we're seeking Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to be the welcoming face of our emergency and specialty hospital.

For over six decades, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital has provided exceptional care to pets and their families. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality service while supporting our clients and veterinary teams through every step of their pet's journey. As a CSR, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need.

Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation.

We're known for our dedication to client relationships, our high standard of medicine, and our team-first culture where everyone's voice matters.

As a CSR, you are responsible for greeting clients on the phone, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases; scheduling appointments; entering client and patient data into the computer; and ensuring medical records are maintained appropriately and as per procedure.

CSR's should expect to spend nearly all their workdays in our business office (Norristown, PA). The position requires the completion of a high-school degree or further education, competence in the English language, patience, and a pleasant manner. Ideally, newly hired CSR's will possess computer skills and have had animal/veterinary and customer service work experience.

Available Full-Time Schedules:

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18.00
