What You'll Do

As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will:

  • Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication
  • Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
