We have an opportunity for a full-time or part-time Assistant Client Service Representative in-person position at our Brimfield Office to assist and help manage the insurance plans of our clients. Responsibilities

Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls.

Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.

  • Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
  • Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.


  • Claim intake, reporting and follow up.


  • Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.


  • Input client-initiated policy changes.


  • Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.

Requirements

Required-

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.

Preferred-

  • College Degree, and or Military experience.
  • Insurance service or sales experience.
  • Experience using Applied EPIC.
  • Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.
