At Your Legacy Legal Care, we believe estate planning is more than paperwork—it’s peace of mind. We’re seeking a Client Services Coordinator who brings empathy, insight, and a results-driven mindset to every client interaction.

This role is a great fit for professionals with a background in real estate, financial services, or other client-facing industries who are ready for a stable, full-time opportunity with purpose. If you’re skilled at building trust, guiding people through important decisions, and managing multiple client relationships, we’d love to meet you.

Travel between Sugar Land, Galleria, and Katy offices required

What You’ll Do

Lead Initial Consultations: Host engaging, informative meetings with prospective clients exploring estate planning options.

Educate & Empower: Clearly explain our service packages, tools, and pricing—highlighting benefits and addressing concerns with confidence and care.

Guide Decision-Making: Use our structured meeting outline to uncover client goals, identify barriers, and offer tailored solutions that move them forward.

Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure smooth handoff of client information to attorneys and support staff for next steps in the planning process.

Track Engagements: Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client progress in our CRM system.

What You Bring

Proven ability to build rapport and guide clients through decision-making processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.

Detail-oriented approach to note-taking and documentation.

Familiarity with the legal or financial services industry preferred.

Strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes and client satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and care.

2+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment (real estate, legal, financial, healthcare, or similar).
