Job description

Client Service Specialist The Client Service Specialist within the Bard Financial Group provides day-to-day administrative and service support to clients and advisors, ensuring accurate processing, responsive service, and timely follow-through. As a growing advisory firm managing approximately $1.2B in assets, Bard Financial offers a collaborative, close-knit environment where employees can make a meaningful impact, while also benefiting from the resources, technology, and long-term stability of Osaic's Empowered Independence platform. This position offers the potential to grow into a broader office manager role as business needs evolve

Location: Branford, CT Role Type: Full Time (onsite) Salary: $65,000-75,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including skills, licensure, experience, and education. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required). Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is helpful.

Securities licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65/66) are a plus. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to advisors related to client servicing, financial planning support, and day-to-day business activities. Manage front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing responsive, professional support to clients and advisors

Support client onboarding and ongoing account servicing, including account setup, transfers, beneficiary changes, and other routine service requests. Review and process client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements. Track client workflows, service requests, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with custodians, product partners, and internal teams to support efficient service delivery and operational follow-through. Protect confidential client and firm information at all times. Basic Requirements Detail-oriented, organized and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a client service, operations, or wealth management support role. Strong customercentric mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
