Job description

Our client is seeking a Client Service Associate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, polished, and comfortable balancing confidential executive support responsibilities with day-to-day client service needs. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.Client Service Associate's Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and maintain new client profiles and records
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Pull client statements and assist with account-related documentation
  • Utilize Salesforce to enter workflows, update records, and track activities
  • Coordinate and manage heavy calendaring for the CEO
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, including client meetings
Client Service Associate's Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, client service, or financial support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
