Position Overview:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position sets the tone for each visit by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a true โ€œpeople personโ€ who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.

CSRs must be able to multitask efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and compassionatelyโ€”especially in emotional or high-stress situations. A strong understanding of hospital services and the ability to confidently relay that information to clients is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
