Job description

Sr Client Service Associate

Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of over 80,000 households nationwide. We seek a highly motivated associate to join our Great Neck, NY office as part of the Highโ€‘Netโ€‘Worth team, acting as the liaison between clients and financial advisors.

Primary Responsibilities
  • New Client Onboarding: ensures accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and setup, follows up on funds transfer from surrendering company, maintains Salesforce database, researches and resolves issues with brokers, operations, and vendors, and records incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool.
  • Client Relationship Management: dialogues with clients to understand their history and financial needs, prepares account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc., communicates client requests, resolves issues including death claim processing, and may work with clientโ€™s tax/ legal counsel.
  • Client Review Prep and Followโ€‘Up: gathers client data, prepares materials for meetings and reviews, conducts tax research (1099s), and completes any followโ€‘up needs.
  • Industry and Company Knowledge: demonstrates knowledge of WEGโ€™s suitability guidelines, operational processes, and sales model; understands financial terminology and products; proficient with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices.
  • Team and Corporate Support: assists advisor team operations to streamline processes, completes operational projects supporting enhancements and changes, and communicates process and sales updates to the team.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics or a related field.
  • 3+ years financial services experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year as a Client Service Associate.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong proficiency with Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and supportโ€‘org functionality.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 โ€“ $90,000.00. The full salary grade for the Career level is $51,450.00 โ€“ $84,000.00.
