About the Role

Interactive Brokers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Operations team as a Client Operations Analyst II. This role works closely alongside our Client Services team to ensure that clients have accurate, clear, and up-to-date information across all client-facing communications and documentation, while also supporting Client Services with internal resources and reference materials.

The successful candidate will be analytical, methodical, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is well-suited to a self-starter who takes initiative, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in producing clear, accurate, and well-organized written content.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update client-facing documentation and client messages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all mediums
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing client documentation to ensure content remains current, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
  • Monitor and address client reviews posted on external websites and social media platforms, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed to respond appropriately
  • Create and maintain internal documentation used by Client Services to support day-to-day client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Compliance, and other business units, to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current policies and procedures
  • Translate technical, regulatory, or operational information into clear, easily understood content for both internal and external audiences
  • Research industry trends and best practices to help improve the quality and effectiveness of client communications
  • Prioritize and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Support other Client Operations initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in writing, editing, content creation, or an operations-related role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
