What This Role Really Is

The Client Engagement Specialist is a client-facing, in-person role that combines elements of inside sales, client relationship management, and customer service. This position is ideal for someone with experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, Customer Success Representative, or Account Coordinator who enjoys guiding clients through important decisions while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will play a direct role in client engagement, relationship-building, and helping prospective and existing clients move confidently through the estate planning process.

What You'll Do

Lead Client Conversations

  • Conduct Kickoff, Discovery, and Annual Assessment meetings
  • Communicate the value of our Membership Club offering
  • Guide clients through the next steps with clarity and confidence
  • Navigate questions and objections in real time
  • Support client conversion and engagement through relationship-driven communication

Drive Engagement & Client Experience

  • Serve as a primary in-person point of contact for clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
  • Ensure a polished, professional, and consistent office experience
  • Coordinate smooth transitions between team members

Support Client Operations

  • Prepare and send Welcome Packets
  • Support key touchpoints before and after meetings
  • Ensure communication is timely, accurate, and complete
  • Maintain organized and efficient client workflows

Support Front Office Operations

  • Step in as backup for Reception when needed
  • Assist with maintaining organization and flow in the office
  • Provide support for 3S and other client service functions

Assist with In-Office Events

  • Manage client check-in and check-out during events
  • Provide light support for presentations as needed
