Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional service experience? As a Senior Client Relationship Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every stage of their financial journey.

As a trusted partner to Wealth Advisors and fellow team members, you'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping coordinate complex service needs, facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of care Boulay is known for. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client relationships, anticipate client needs, and make a direct impact on the overall client experience.

Beyond client service, you'll be a valued contributor to the continued growth and success of our Wealth Management team. You'll help identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, support the development of newer team members, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for client service operations within the Wealth Management team.
  • Support and mentor Client Relationship Associates through training and guidance.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Partner with advisors, team members, and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to support client needs.
  • Address complex client requests and help ensure a seamless client experience.

Client Meetings & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, including account reviews, reports, and agendas.
  • Schedule meetings and manage related logistics.
  • Lead the client onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Account Administration

  • Maintain accurate client records and data within Tamarac and CRM systems.
  • Track client activity, service requests, and account updates.
  • Support day-to-day account management and client service activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of client service experience in a Broker Dealer or RIA environment
  • Experience with CRM software  
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience identifying process improvements and enhancing efficiencies 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate 
  • Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs 
  • Desire to provide concierge quality customer service  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality
  • Effective communicator with strong multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Preferred: 

  • Series 65 or 66
  • Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth and/or Family Office
  • Experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab 

The annual salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $92,000. This salary range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual's experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
