Associate, Client Relationship Manager

Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm is looking for an Associate, Client Relationship Manager, to make an immediate impact by supporting Advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management. Lido's vision is to be recognized as the pre-imminent wealth advisory firm delivering an essential service to our clients.

The Associate, Client Relationship Manager, enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service through administrative and operational support to one or more Wealth Advisors. Client Relationship Associates work in a complex, team-oriented and fast paced environment to deliver comprehensive investment and wealth strategies to clients. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of new client accounts which includes collecting required documents and client information through in person meetings or on calls with clients.
  • Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments.
  • Assist with the preparation of alternative investment paperwork with high level of accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to client requests, inquiries, and transactions such as money movement and transfer requests.
  • Maintain detailed client records across firm relationship management systems.
  • Support the team's overall strategy by preparing reports, marketing and other materials for client meetings.
  • Adhere to firm's control policies and procedures.
  • Regularly seek opportunities to engage with peers to collaborate on best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a client support service role coming from an RIA firm or financial services related industry or relevant intern experience.
  • Series 65 or 66 required, or must be attained within timeframe determined by manager.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and keep team apprised on open items.
  • Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Team player and a desire to collaborate with others.
