About the Opportunity


A growing Family Law practice is seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to manage and convert qualified inbound leads into retained clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building trust, handling emotionally sensitive conversations, and closing high-value service engagements.

All leads are inbound—no cold calling required. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who can confidently guide prospective clients through the consultation process while providing reassurance and exceptional customer service.


Location

· Full-time

· Onsite position

· Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Compensation

· Base Salary: $55,000

· On-Target Earnings: $115,000–$120,000+

· Uncapped bonus structure

· No house accounts—if you close the client, you receive full credit for the sale


Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective clients

· Conduct consultation and discovery calls

· Build rapport and establish trust with individuals facing family law matters

· Explain services, pricing, and next steps

· Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process

· Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

· Track lead activity and conversion metrics

· Represent the firm at networking events and BNI meetings when needed

· Collaborate closely with leadership to improve intake and conversion processes


Qualifications

Required

· Proven success in inbound sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket sales

· Strong closing skills and a track record of meeting sales goals

· Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, neutral English

· Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

· Strong follow-up and organizational skills


Preferred

· Experience selling professional services

· Experience using CRM platforms

· Familiarity with AI tools and technology

· Experience with Lawmatics or similar CRM systems
