What we are looking for:

Fiera Capital is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to join our growing Real Estate Private Debt business. This mid-level role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing investors (LPs), supporting fundraising efforts, producing high-quality marketing materials, investor reporting, communications, supporting new client onboarding, and serving as a key point of contact between the investment team and the investor base.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations or client service within asset management, private markets, or related institutional investment environment. In this role, the investor relations person will be exposed to different functional teams and liaison with various departments, including Real Estate Investment Team, Business Development, Marketing & RFP, Client & Account Servicing, Legal & Compliance, Operations & Finance, 3rd Party Vendors/Administrators.

Your responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for responding to inquiries and coordinating meetings with existing limited partners, institutional investors and across Fiera departments.
  • Support fundraising and capital-raising initiatives, including preparation of pitch materials, data rooms, DDQ responses, and investor presentations.
  • Build and edit pitch decks for fundraising meetings and prospect pitches. Draft and complete RFPs/RFIs end to end.
  • Track outstanding requests, deadlines, and follow-ups across the full pipeline
  • Field data requests from LPs and consultants
  • Produce and distribute regular investor reporting (quarterly letters, performance reports, capital account statements, and ad-hoc updates) in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Own the investor material library - version control, formatting, brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases; track interactions, preferences, and pipeline activity.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for LP meetings, annual meetings, board sessions, and due diligence visits.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio management, finance, legal/compliance, and operations teams to gather accurate information and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support the onboarding of new investors and help manage the subscription/redemption process as needed.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, client service, or a related role within asset management, private equity, private credit, real estate, or hedge funds.
  • Familiarity with private credit and/ or real estate debt terminology.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., marketing rules, advertising restrictions) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of institutional investor decision-making processes, LP reporting standards, and private markets structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex investment strategies and performance data into clear, professional materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, eVestment), Microsoft Office, and preferably data visualization or reporting tools. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; an eye for deck design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with sophisticated institutional investors.
