Job description

T2 Capital Management may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain employment-related activities, which may include recruitment, hiring, promotion, training selection, and performance review. These tools help our team draft, organize, research, and summarize information. AI is not used to make final employment decisions or to automatically exclude any candidate or employee from consideration; a qualified member of our team reviews the information and makes all decisions. Supports T2's broad investor base through day-to-day services, including serving as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries and helping ensure investor records, communications, and transactional requests are handled timely and accurately. Works closely with T2’s third party Transfer Agent, Fund Administrator, and internal teams to keep investors and financial advisors well informed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Investor Communications & Support

  • Respond to inbound investor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member(s).
  • Promptly facilitate effective communication and delivery of requested materials for T2 investors and financial advisors.
  • Assist with distribution of investor communications, including letters, reports, and distribution notices.

Investor Onboarding, Records & Transactions

  • Review documentation from new investors for accuracy, completeness, and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain and update investor records in T2’s CRM and investor portal.
  • Liaise with T2’s Transfer Agent, Fund Administrator, and Portal Administrator to process investor transactional items, including transfers and redemptions.
  • Review investor transactions for accuracy.

Administration & Other Duties

  • Assist with general office-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Especially strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with investors
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure investor satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communications
  • Prior experience in real estate, private equity, or client services is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and phone for daily tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Location: office-based at T2's Wheaton, IL headquarters.
  • Status: flexible; position can be structured as Full-Time or Part-Time (25-40 hours per week)
  • Hours: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; occasional additional hours during peak reporting periods (e.g., quarter-end, capital calls, distributions).
