They are responsible for managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role often involves building strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. By maintaining open communication and providing excellent service, Client Relations Associates help foster long-term client loyalty and support business growth.

Job description

Inspire Advisors | Troutman, NC | In-office | Full-time

About us Inspire Advisors is a biblically based wealth management firm. We help families steward what they've been given through faith-driven, values-aligned investing — including faith-based ETFs. We're a small, close-knit team that's growing fast, and we're adding a key member to make sure every client feels genuinely cared for. Our work is a calling: we serve our clients with integrity, warmth, and excellence, and we're looking for someone who's energized by that mission and comfortable representing a faith-driven investment philosophy to the people we serve.

The role This is a client-facing, relationship-first position for someone who loves people and sweats the details. You'll be the human touch behind our client experience — the reason a client feels remembered, welcomed, and looked after — while also being our first friendly voice on the phones and a capable backup across daily operations.

What you'll do

  • Own our client care rhythm: birthday and milestone outreach, and structured new-client check-in calls at 10, 30, and 90 days after accounts are funded
  • Be a warm, professional first point of contact on the phones and route or resolve client needs
  • Handle and follow through on service requests, account paperwork, transfers, and other operational tasks
  • Partner closely with our operations lead and cross-train so either of you can cover the other seamlessly
  • Help our advisors stay focused on clients by keeping the client-experience machine running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in wealth management — at a custodian, RIA, or broker-dealer (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard, or similar)
  • Series 65 strongly preferred (or must obtain within the first year); additional licenses/designations are a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM and financial-planning software; quick to learn new systems
  • A polished, professional presence and a genuinely warm, people-first manner
  • Calm and steady under pressure — able to handle a worried or upset client (for example, someone anxious about a market downturn) with empathy and composure
  • Comfortable thriving in a small-office environment where everyone wears a few hats
  • Aligned with and excited by our faith-based mission

Life at Inspire

  • A real commute upgrade. We're based in Troutman — north of the I-77 crunch — so if you're local, you skip the drive into Charlotte and get genuine time back in your day.
  • Sane hours. We run 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. For most people coming from a traditional 8-to-5, that's about an hour back every day.
  • A close, supportive team where your work is seen and your growth is invested in.

Compensation & growth Starting salary anywhere between $35,000 - $50,000, with a structured increase opportunity in year two as you take on the full scope of the role. This is a genuine growth seat on a fast-growing team, with real mentorship from experienced advisors and room to expand your responsibilities.

  • To apply Send your resume and a short note about why a mission-driven, faith-based firm appeals to you to christian.campbell@inspireadvisors.com.
