At Brightway, our Engagement Center is at the heart of the client experience. As a Client Relationship Specialist, youll be a trusted resource for clients and Agency Ownershelping them feel confident, supported, and protected at every stage of their insurance journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, problem-solving, and building long-term relationshipswhile also developing valuable skills in insurance, sales, and client engagement.

What Youll Do

Client Experience & Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client requests via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Resolve questions and concerns efficiently while delivering a consistently positive experience
  • Accurately document client interactions in CRM and internal systems

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Proactively connect with clients through outbound outreach to review policies and identify coverage needs
  • Educate clients on products and solutions that align with their goals and circumstances
  • Support policy renewals and retention by helping clients understand the value of their coverage

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with internal teams and Agency Owners to deliver seamless service
  • Leverage technology and tools to improve workflows and enhance the client experience
  • Participate in training and development to grow your insurance knowledge and professional skillset

What Were Looking For

  • A strong customer service mindset and passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, approachable way
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Licensing:

  • Must obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days of employment
    (Brightway provides training and covers the cost of your first 3 licensing attempts)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or an associate degree preferred but not required
  • 24 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role strongly preferred
  • Insurance, risk management, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus but not required
