Job description

Leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Company is willing to pay what it takes, plus travel expenses, bonuses, and a full package of benefits! First year potential: $100K+!! This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious and dependable, looking for a long-term career position with a great company. Professional self-starter with excellent communication, client relations, solid sales experience, and the ability to read blueprints.


The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and preparing accurate, competitive estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers from the initial sales call through job completion. Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful projects.


Experience in estimating, outside sales, account management, and/or project development. Ability to read blueprints and specifications. Strong estimating, negotiating, and organizational skills. HVAC Sales experience would be ideal! 3+ yrs. sales experience. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Microsoft Office, CRM, and estimating software.


Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Local travel to job sites. Criminal/Drug screening.
