We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of healthcare and commercial construction projects throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing client relationships, driving project performance, and mentoring project management staff. Client Details Our client is a mid-size General Contractor that has a strong background of projects in the commercial sector, especially healthcare. Description Project Leadership Lead multiple healthcare and commercial construction projects simultaneously. Manage all phases of construction, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Develop project execution plans and ensure successful implementation. Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term client relationships that support repeat business. Lead owner meetings and provide clear communication regarding budget, schedule, and project progress. Support business development efforts and participate in client presentations and project interviews. Financial Management Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability. Review and approve project costs, subcontractor payments, and change orders. Prepare monthly financial reports and cost projections. Ensure accurate project reporting and contract compliance. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration. Support employee development and succession planning. Coordinate effectively with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution. Preconstruction & Procurement Participate in preconstruction planning and estimating efforts. Review scopes of work and procurement strategies. Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations. Evaluate design documents for constructability and cost-saving opportunities. Operations & Quality Ensure adherence to company quality standards and project specifications. Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures. Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, training, turnover documents, and warranty administration. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience. 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role. Proven experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. Experience managing healthcare, medical office, hospital, institutional, or complex commercial projects. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and related construction technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
