Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of initiatives across enterprise collaboration, messaging, and infrastructure technologies. This role involves partnering with leaders responsible for Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and database operations to drive strategic projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IT infrastructure and enterprise technology projects from initiation through execution.
  • Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, stakeholders, business units, and end-users.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, project status, and overall delivery progress.
  • Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and hold teams accountable for timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive-level status presentations for leadership.
  • Partner with technical teams supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related platforms.
  • Communicate project updates to leadership and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, deployment coordination, user communications, and organizational change activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise technology environments, including coordinating infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, or enterprise application projects.
Technical Skills: Experience with Jira and Confluence is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
Professional Skills: A strong understanding of IT concepts and project delivery methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams. Must possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, or Power Platform initiatives.
  • Background working within large enterprise IT organizations.
  • Experience managing deployment, migration, or infrastructure projects.
