About the Role
Join Carrier's dynamic AI Center of Excellence as an AI Engagement Lead, driving enterprise AI transformation through structured project management and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will help turn AI strategy into tangible results-enabling seamless Copilot and AI adoption, impactful learning programs, and enterprise-wide engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Unified Data & AI, Digital, and business teams while owning high-visibility initiatives that shape the future of Carrier's AI journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated program planning for AI Change & Engagement initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and risk management.
- Own the setup and optimization of Asana as the team's central project management and reporting hub.
- Drive execution of Copilot and AI adoption programs, including pilots, enterprise rollouts, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and optimize SharePoint knowledge resources to support learning, communication, and operational needs across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with L&D, Communications, and business stakeholders to launch new programs, streamline workflows, and leverage automation for scalable impact.
- Deliver executive-ready reports, dashboards, and automated tools to ensure clarity, consistency, and measurable progress on all AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain repeatable templates and processes that accelerate program launches and enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5-15 years of experience in project management, program operations, or related field
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable workplans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex, enterprise-level projects
