As an Ignite Project Manager (IPM), you are the central nervous system of our marketing execution. This role is designed for a high-achieving project leader who thrives on turning complex multi-channel strategies into seamless reality. You won't just track tasks-you will develop and implement project frameworks, mitigate risks before they arise, and bring solutions to fruition. The ideal candidate actively leverages AI tools and emerging technologies to work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater value to clients and internal teams alike. We're looking for someone who thinks AI-solution forward and continuously seeks opportunities to integrate intelligent automation into their day-to-day workflows.
Your Impact
End-to-End Ownership: In this client facing role, you will lead and own the full lifecycle of multi-channel marketing programs, from initial inception through technical launch, managing up to 4+ concurrent tactics including digital, email, search, HRA, direct mail, and complex web integrations. Apply AI-powered project management tools and automation where applicable to streamline execution and reduce manual overhead.
Strategic Problem Solving: Independently identify project bottlenecks and develop solutions that align with both client goals and internal operational excellence. Utilize AI-driven insights and workflow automation to anticipate risks, model solutions, and accelerate decision-making.
Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, facilitating agreement among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. Leverage AI communication and summarization tools to improve the clarity, speed, and consistency of stakeholder updates.
Project Oversight & Issue Resolution: Capture and drive the completion of meeting action items, proactively chase and resolve project blockers, and manage through unplanned scope changes to maintain delivery momentum both internally and externally. Champion the use of AI tools to automate routine tracking, flag risks early, and surface actionable data.
Statusing & Communication Hub: Compile and communicate client project status reports to internal teams and serve as the central point for organizing and managing client communications. Use AI-assisted drafting and templating tools to enhance efficiency and consistency across reporting outputs.
Specialized Program Management: Oversee the setup and execution of digital sponsorship programs and manage performance and optimization initiatives for comprehensive campaign execution. Apply AI-enabled analytics to surface performance trends and inform optimization strategies in real time.
What You Bring
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive project or account management experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate marketing environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification progress is a plus.
AI Aptitude & Forward Thinking: Demonstrated comfort with and enthusiasm for AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Chat CPT or similar platforms) and a proactive mindset toward integrating AI into daily workflows. A track record of identifying opportunities to apply AI solutions that improve efficiency, output quality, or team capacity is strongly preferred.
Technical Savvy: A robust understanding of digital/project management platforms (Salesforce, Workfront, JIRA, YouTrack, etc.) with a strong knowledge of advertising best practices. Familiarity with AI-enhanced features within these platforms is a plus.
Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to expertly proof and validate assets against technical and organizational standards-including the ability to critically evaluate and quality-check AI-generated content and outputs.
Organization: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize numerous, simultaneous, cross-functional workstreams, leveraging automation and AI tools to maintain clarity and momentum.
Analytics: Possess the capability to analyze and interpret reporting data across campaigns based on KPIs, with an eye toward using AI tools to accelerate analysis and uncover actionable insights.
Communication: Maintain effective client communication, including proficient objection resolution. Efficiently lead client calls and provide direction to internal teams regarding subsequent actions on status calls.
Travel: Ability for limited travel (less than 10% of the time).
