What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Client Project Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Client Project Manager, you need strong project management skills, expertise in budgeting and scheduling, and typically a degree in business, management, or a related field. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2, are often expected. Managing expectations, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals are key challenges. Successful collaboration relies on strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts while maintaining client satisfaction.

What are the 4 types of project managers?
