The Opportunity
As a SAP Program Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Advisory practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic goals.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, leading with integrity and authenticity. You are expected to embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans
- Managing project resources and timelines to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to monitor progress and mitigate risks
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency
- Guiding cross-functional teams in the execution of project plans and continuous process improvement

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
