Client Services Manager

Location:ย Crystal Lake, IL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Salary: $52,330 - $54,330

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their fullest lives?

Clearbrook, an agency dedicated to enriching lives and embracing potential for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a professional to join its Community Day Services. Our CDS programs provide a structured, engaging daytime environment where individuals can build life skills and connect with their community.

In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support, coordinate and execute programming for an assigned caseload, and manage daily operations at your assigned site. You will report directly to the Coordinator.ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Client Support: Participate in developing individual program plans, develop appropriate curriculum, address day-to-day client issues, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams (IDTs) and intake/discharge staffings.
  • Site Administration: Conduct team meetings, ensure safety standards are utilized at all times, and maintain necessary records and reports (attendance, payroll, incident reports, etc.).
  • Personnel Supervision: Hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate direct support professionals. Implement the PHI coaching approach and complete staff performance reviews.

Compliance & Support: Maintain strict client confidentiality and complete mandatory annual training

Required:

  • 18+ years old with a valid driverโ€™s license and U.S. work authorization.
  • Ability to perform a two-person lift.
  • Ability to pass standard pre-employment clearances, including an Illinois background check, physical, drug test, and TB test.
  • Willingness to complete Clearbrookโ€™s DSP training and earn QIDP certification within 120 days of hire.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience.
