Job description

A little bit about us
Bespin Global is a top global cloud MSP recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for 8 consecutive years. We also won the AWS MSP Partner of the Year globally and many Google Partner of the Year awards!
We have 1,300+ "Bespineers" across 16 offices and 10 countries including the U.S., South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Indonesia, China, and Tokyo, serving more than 4,500 customers worldwide.
If you want a fun and exciting role at a fast-growing company with lots of opportunities, this is the place for you.
Role Overview
As a Strategic Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for a critical enterprise client. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role; you will be embedded onsite, acting as the bridge between the client's executive business goals and their technical execution.
You will provide the thought leadership necessary to navigate complex cloud transformations, ensuring the client's infrastructure is not only resilient and scalable but also at the forefront of modern innovation-specifically within the realms of DevOps, Observability, and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership: Act as a consultant to client stakeholders, translating high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Architectural Guidance: Leverage the AWS Well-Architected Framework to conduct deep-dive reviews, ensuring workloads are optimized for cost, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Modern AI Integration: Guide the client through the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows to drive operational efficiency and product innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC) and implement robust Cloud & Infrastructure Observability strategies to ensure "five-nines" availability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep, empathetic relationships with both engineering teams and C-suite executives to foster a culture of collaborative success.
  • Incident & Escalation Management: While the role is strategic, you will provide high-level technical oversight during critical outages, ensuring root cause analysis leads to long-term architectural improvements.

Required Technical Qualifications
  • Cloud Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AWS services (Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and Security). AWS Professional-level certifications are highly preferred.
  • Architectural Depth: Proven experience applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework to enterprise environments.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Hands-on experience with modern observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, or AWS CloudWatch/X-Ray) to monitor distributed systems.
  • DevOps Mastery: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, containerization (Kubernetes/EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • AI/ML Fluency: Familiarity with the current AI landscape, including Amazon Bedrock, prompt engineering, and the deployment of Agentic AI frameworks.

Soft Skills & Core Competencies
  • The "Translator" Ability: You can explain the business impact of a $latency$ issue to a CEO and the technical nuances of a $BGP$ routing change to a network engineer.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you are comfortable leadings workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and technical whiteboarding sessions.
  • Proactivity: You don't wait for a ticket to be opened. You identify risks and opportunities before they manifest as problems.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to navigate high-pressure onsite environments with grace, empathy, and a "client-first" mentality.

Why This Role?
This is a high-visibility position that offers the autonomy of a consultant with the stability of a dedicated account role. You will be at the epicenter of the client's digital evolution, influencing how they build, scale, and innovate in the age of AI.
Other Stuff
  • Competitive salary and bonus structure
  • Highly qualified candidates will be eligible for stock options
  • Excellent benefits package including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision insurance, Short-term/Long-term insurance, Life Insurance, 401k with employer matching, and other wellness programs
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (e.g., US citizen or permanent resident)
