Job description

General Summary:Under the general direction of the Senior Program Manager (Program Manager IV), supports various business-related project efforts to enhance current business and new business growth, including but not limited to topics such as transportation cost analysis, warehouse space utilization maximization, manufacturing labor efficiencies. Interacts with internal (other locations, departments, etc.) and external (third party companies) customers to support the management of ongoing operational activity. Delegates tasks across cross-functional teams, comprised of warehouse personnel, Logistics Coordinators, Network Operations personnel, Quality personnel, and others, to ensure strategic business objectives are fulfilled.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manages assigned projects by planning, developing and executing projects that align SEKO's core competencies with the customers' desired outcomes, such as new client/product onboarding, implementation, shipping/receiving, packaging, etc.With direction from senior personnel and/or management, communicates with customers (third party companies primarily in the medical device industry) in the form of quotations, meetings and presentations to understand and define their needs.Manages several moderately complex projects simultaneously; conducts analytical review and delivers presentations to C-suite level personnel; measures and reports on assigned project progress with related supply chain and financial metrics.Track client expenditures and create financial workbooks utilized for billing and monitoring company revenues per account.Develops an understanding of SEKO Warehouse Management Software (WMS) in order to collaborate with warehouse teams to improve operational efficiencies as needed.Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US operations for domestic and international customers on all assigned projects, handling up to ten (10) projects at a time.Acts as the primary escalation point for assigned clients, issue resolution, solutioning, root cause and corrective actions and reporting.Creates, implements, and continually manages Client Statement of Work (SoW)Provides timely project updates and status reports to internal leadership and customer leads.Performs other tasks/projects as requested by management.Supervisory Responsibilities:No direct reports.As required, provides supervision/leadership in a matrixed project team assignment.Qualifications:Ability to acquire TSA certification (required).Must be able to work with customers to define and document requirements, address technical concerns and provide project status updates.Ability to make technical presentations internally and to external customers; ability to present to all levels of personnel.Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to serve in lead role on assigned team projects.Ability to create specification worksheets, work instructions, manuals and spreadsheets.Strong familiarity in material selection and application.Ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks/projects; ability to tolerate periods of stress and adhere to deadlines.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's or MBA degree a plus.One (1) year of experience in a relevant industry a plus.An equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Skills:Strong command of the English language, both orally and in writing.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.Computer Skills:Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook; extensive knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and functions, strongly desired.Ability to quickly learn new programs/systems.Physical Demands:Eight (8) or more hours sitting and working on a computer.Depending upon location, noise level may be moderate due to multiple conversations in close proximity.Ability to squat, bend and reach for filing purposes.  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Work Environment:Office environment; occasional warehouse environment as needed.Travel Requirements:Occasional travel as needed.
