This role, with a national scope, allows you to have a direct impact on the Bank’s growth by supporting mid-sized and large professional firms (law firms, accounting firms, etc.), leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, deposit structuring, and the development of long-term strategic relationships.


Your role:

  • Actively contribute to the deposit growth strategy
  • Proactively develop a client portfolio by implementing targeted prospecting strategies and building a strong network of key influencers
  • Design and structure complex financing solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs, including large-scale transactions
  • Conduct in-depth credit analyses and formulate recommendations aligned with risk management standards
  • Negotiate and close financial agreements while ensuring an optimal balance between growth, profitability, and risk management
  • Support clients as a strategic partner in their growth, acquisition, investment, or transformation projects
  • Maintain an active market presence and build relationships with decision-makers (C-suite), specialized firms, and business partners
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Treasury, Risk Management) to deliver integrated, tailored solutions
  • Monitor economic and industry trends to support decision-making and risk management

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business)
  • Significant experience (5 to 8+ years) in business development and commercial or corporate financing
  • Strong expertise in complex credit and deal structuring (including syndication, acquisitions, or private equity)
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and high-level client relationship development
