Job description

The Client Partner (non‑Enterprise) is responsible for driving growth across clients that operate outside of formal MSP or internally managed programs. These accounts require a more consultative, hands-on approach to both relationship ownership and opportunity creation.

This role owns the full lifecycle of the client relationship—from demand creation through requirement management—and is accountable for expanding existing accounts while actively identifying and adding new clients that fit this profile.

Client Partners in this segment operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to generate demand, influence hiring activity, and convert opportunities through consistent and proactive engagement with both existing and new clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Generate new business opportunities within both new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute account sales strategies tailored to client needs
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across Talent, Teams, and Project solutions

Client Relationships

  • Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Regularly conduct client meetings with existing and new contacts, both strategic and tactical, to deepen relationships and understand client initiatives and demand

Delivery Partnership & Issue Resolution

  • Lead the requirement management process end-to-end
  • Conduct requirement intake and qualification calls
  • Add, publish, and distribute requirements in Bullhorn
  • Manage requirement statuses, priorities, updates, and client alignment
  • Review internal submissions, select candidates, and submit candidates to clients
  • Partner with recruiting on interview coordination; conduct interview prep and post-interview calls, and support the offer process as appropriate
  • Regularly conduct Consultant Check-ins with hiring managers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience, with at least 5 years in account management or sales in staffing & professional services industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding market share in those accounts
  • Demonstrated experience being able to lead the req management process from end to end
  • Must have the ability to influence hiring managers and drive an efficient hiring process that results in a high time to fill and overall fill rate.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
