How you will contribute

As an Enterprise Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling Asure Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise market companies in the assigned geography. You will be driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy, actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and other creative methods for business development. You will be working with current clients to generate business by running discovery calls/demos and delivering compelling sales pitches to senior executives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and solid pipelines while also achieving and exceeding sales quotas.


  • Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline thatassures quota attainment
  • Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers,and senior executives
  • Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionalityduring all phases of the sales cycle
  • Understanding the prospect's business needs and market challenges
  • Negotiatingsound financial agreements whichare win-win solutions for Asure and clients
  • Conductinghigh levelproduct demonstrations andpresenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clients
  • Diligently recording sales activities inSalesforceand providing accurate and realistic salesforecast

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 5+yearssuccessful experience inconsultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)
  • Experience selling a PayrollTax, HCM or TLM SaaSsolutionpreferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in afast-pacedenvironment
  • Disciplinedandself-motivated toexceed quota
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
