We are now looking for a Client Executive within the customer segments Entrepreneurs and Executives & Professionals to join Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) in the West region, based in Gothenburg.

About the role

As a Client Executive, you have overall responsibility for client relationships, ensuring that each client has the right services based on their needs. You are part of a client team of specialists, and there is a clear expectation that you enjoy close collaboration with colleagues and partners alike. You will have profit and loss responsibility, responsibility for client satisfaction, and responsibility for risks associated with the business and the client. You will primarily focus on the segments Entrepreneurs and Executives & Professionals, where the expectation is that you both build a relevant network and become part of our clientsโ€™ community. Initially, there will be a number of client relationships to take over from existing relationship owners locally, but the main focus will be on growing the business.

To succeed in the role, you need to feel energized by networking and building strong, longโ€‘term relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience from Private Banking or the Corporate business and an understanding of credit management in relation to entrepreneur clients. With high energy and curiosity, you will drive our ambitious growth agenda. Good order and structure are a given, as well as a strong sense of quality and service.

In addition, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least five years of experience within banking and finance.
  • Is resultsโ€‘driven and communicative, with strong commercial acumen. You need to be comfortable taking initiative and be solution oriented.
  • Has strong collaboration skills and experience coordinating a client team.
  • Has wellโ€‘documented experience of relationshipโ€‘based sales/advisory work towards private and/or corporate clients.
  • As investments are a central part of our business, you are expected to have a strong interest in this area.
  • Has an academic background as well as Swedsec adviser and mortgage licences.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
