ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by building authentic connections throughout the Lancaster business community.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to craft comprehensive protection plans that address specific client vulnerabilities.
Present complex insurance strategies in a clear, accessible manner that empowers clients to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with our internal underwriting partners to secure competitive rates and favorable coverage terms.
Monitor policy renewals and market trends to ensure our clients always have the most relevant and effective protection.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering thoughtful guidance and swift support when it matters most.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and retain high-value accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
Deep understanding of the Lancaster regional market and local business dynamics.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
