Job description

Overview
The Executive Client Lead is responsible for driving enterprise client growth through Epsilon's marketing technology (MarTech), data, and digital solutions. You will own and expand strategic client relationships, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that improve customer engagement, unlock value from client data, and accelerate revenue growth.
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, helping clients modernize and optimize their MarTech ecosystems-spanning data, identity, activation, and measurement-while ensuring Epsilon delivers measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with Business Development, Product, Data, Technology, Media, and Finance teams to drive retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.
Responsibilities
  • Own and grow large, complex enterprise accounts with a focus on MarTech-enabled transformation
  • Client revenue accountability providing accurate account forecasting and management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level partners, guiding strategy across data, technology, media, and digital experience
  • Architect and deliver integrated MarTech solutions (CRM, CDP, identity, loyalty, activation, and measurement) aligned to client business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, solutioning, and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Lead executive-level client engagements, including QBRs, roadmap planning, and innovation sessions
  • Partner cross-functionally to align product, data, and technology capabilities with client needs and market trends
  • Develop and implement account strategies that unlock value from client data and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Establish clear performance metrics and track progress against revenue and client success goals
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal product, engineering, and delivery teams
  • Influence internal collaborators without direct authority to ensure alignment and execution across complex client programs
  • Identify new growth opportunities, including expansion into additional MarTech capabilities, use cases, and business units
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing client insights, industry trends, and innovation opportunities

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • A strategic, MarTech-savvy executive who excels as an individual contributor in highly visible, enterprise client environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex MarTech capabilities into tangible business outcomes
  • An exceptional relationship builder with a track record of influencing senior executives and becoming a trusted advisor
  • A strong storyteller who can articulate value propositions across data, technology, and marketing transformation
  • A self-directed leader who drives impact through influence, not hierarchy
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to align diverse partners across product, sales, engineering, and delivery
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with high expectations for ownership and results

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise client relationships within MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or data-driven marketing environments
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth across large, complex accounts
  • Deep experience selling and delivering MarTech solutions (e.g., CRM, CDP, identity resolution, marketing automation, data platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes (e.g., engagement, retention, lifetime value)
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor with executive-level client ownership
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including data strategy, activation, and measurement
  • Experience across multiple industries (retail, financial services, healthcare, technology, etc.) preferred
  • Strong organizational rigor with the ability to manage complex account portfolios and growth strategies
