Job Purpose 

Furnitureland South is seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate client acquisition and strengthen our sales pipeline. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients, while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and referral business. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and energized by connecting with people. You will leverage AI-powered tools and modern prospecting techniques to uncover new opportunities, personalize outreach, and enhance overall client engagement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation 

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, digital channels) to engage potential and existing clients. 

  • Utilize AI tools and research platforms to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential prospects.
