Client Operations Specialist
Hybrid / Customer Success
Temp-to-Hire
As a result of our continued growth, we are currently looking to add a Client Operations Specialist to our dynamic and entrepreneurial tech team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and directly impact our company's file exchange processes and partner site reporting module. As a Client Operations Specialist, you will provide 1st Tier B2B file exchange and integration support, collaborating closely with IT file exchange and payroll specialists at our Fortune 500 partners. Location
Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL. This opening is a hybrid role and will require time in the office on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor data file exchanges for completion, technical requirements, file transmission protocol, and decipher file errors.
  • Invoice clients and follow up on remittance, supporting related inquiries.
  • Assess and analyze data to identify billing and payment discrepancies
  • Manage ticketing portals/applications to document client/provider inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Plan and schedule activities associated with the processing of customer data with minimal direction.
  • Develop and document process improvement initiatives to minimize data errors and increase efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively, fostering positive relationships with technical and non-technical staff, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Act as a liaison between external partners and the technical team.

Recipe for Success:
  • 3+ years of experience triaging, expediting, and scheduling help desk tickets.
  • 2+ years of experience with file transfer protocols.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven experience handling multiple client-supported activities simultaneously.
