We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Operations Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida ( 4 days in office expectation).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Independently work with large, complex external clients to resolve the most critical and complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on BNY products and services, leading staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.
  • Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients, addressing and resolving the most complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives designed to improve the client service experience and provide strategic guidance on internal activities to enhance client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Proven experience working with large, complex client accounts and resolving critical, non-routine client issues.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and extensive experience analyzing complex information.
  • Masterful communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Strong knowledge of BNY Mellon products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies.
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance to less experienced team members; no direct reports required.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
