Your Mission

As Client Services Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of client services by supporting our Client Service Coordinators, Staffing Coordinator, and Quality & Compliance functions.

Your mission is to ensure that every client receives compassionate, reliable, well-coordinated care while developing a culture of excellence throughout the department.

You will help create an environment where caregivers are supported, coordinators are empowered, and families have confidence that their loved ones are receiving exceptional care.

What You Will OwnClient Experience

You will oversee the overall client journey by ensuring services are responsive, personalized, and delivered with excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Leadership of the Client Services Team

Service Coordination Excellence

Quality & Compliance

You'll promote a culture of quality by monitoring service standards and ensuring operational practices meet company expectations and regulatory requirements.

  • State survey readiness

  • Mock quality audits

Department Performance

You'll monitor the health of the Client Services Department through operational dashboards and key performance indicators.

Collaboration Across Departments

  • Meeting with the Staffing Coordinator to improve caregiver continuity.

  • Reviewing department KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Following up with families regarding service satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager on organizational priorities.

  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives and preparing for compliance activities.
