With operations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and expansion into new regions, we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale our field operations across multiple markets.
This is a key leadership role for an experienced operator who has managed large, complex portfolios and is ready to step into a high-impact position within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations across our accounts, including large-scale, 24/7 facilities such as airports, convention centers, federal military bases, and municipal buildings. This role reports directly to executive leadership and will have direct oversight of Area Managers and site-level leadership across all regions.
Required Experience: Candidates must have previous management experience in the commercial cleaning industry. CANDIDATES WITHOUT DIRECT JANITORIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

β€’ Take ownership of multi-site janitorial operations and field leadership
β€’ Apply proven industry systems and best practices in a growing company
β€’ Operate with autonomy while maintaining high standards for quality, staffing, safety, and profitability
β€’ Help build and scale janitorial operations across multiple markets
Key Responsibilities

β€’ Manage and develop Area Managers, Site Managers, and supervisory staff
β€’ Ensure consistent staffing, service quality, safety, and contract performance across all locations
Financial & Performance Management

β€’ Monitor quality scores, labor budgets, client satisfaction, and other key account KPIs
β€’ Drive operational improvements that protect and improve contract margins
Quality & Standardization
β€’ Implement and enforce standardized cleaning procedures and quality-control processes
β€’ Ensure proper training, inspections, safety compliance, equipment utilization, and supply controls
β€’ Hold field leadership accountable for correcting service deficiencies
Mobilization & Growth
β€’ Lead new janitorial contract startups, including staffing, training, equipment, supplies, and operational readiness
β€’ Support executive leadership with staffing models and operational planning for new opportunities
β€’ Build scalable processes to support continued growth
Client & Contract Performance
β€’ Maintain strong relationships with key clients and understand each account's scope of work
β€’ Ensure contractual cleaning requirements and service standards are consistently met
β€’ Proactively resolve service issues before they escalate
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities services, or related field
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations ($10M+ portfolio preferred)
  • Experience in direct oversight of Area Managers or equivalent multi-site leadership roles
  • Experience in 24/7, high-traffic environments (airports, convention centers, or similar)
  • Strong background in labor management, staffing models, and cost control
  • Demonstrated success in mobilizing new contracts or scaling operations
  • Experience in both large, process-driven organizations AND smaller or mid-sized companies
  • Ability to operate effectively in a lean environment without extensive corporate support infrastructure

Compensation
  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus tied to operational results, margin improvement, and client retention
