Client Operations Services Coordinator Summary:
The Client Operations Services Coordinator position is a part of Tenstreet's software Operations team and is responsible for providing client support and services within our proprietary systems and our connections to numerous external commercial and government systems. You'll do this by managing help requests, maintaining records, processing DOT and client-specific compliance-related tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of client and consumer inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.
As a Client Operations Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients.
  • Handling client support requests and questions via phone and email communications.
  • Troubleshooting client issues within Tenstreet's proprietary software.
  • New client vetting and online research.
  • Analytical work, auditing, and research related to electronic data and records.
  • Working with other team members on a variety of internal and client projects.
  • Prioritizing and monitoring workload across multiple service areas to meet deadlines and service expectations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems and ensures work is completed according to established procedures
