Job Description:

Join Cotality as an Associate, Client Operations Management (Tax Research) in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be crucial to servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans. You'll leverage advanced market-leading tools and your sharp attention to detail to analyze data, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional service to higher-tiered clients. What You'll Do

  • Analyze & Resolve: Research missing data and utilize advanced tools to query, manipulate, and synthesize property-related information.

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, accurate service to higher-tiered clients in a high-volume setting, adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Manage Workflows: Manage assigned inventory and prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily deadlines without unnecessary interruptions.

  • Drive Improvement: Actively participate in cross-training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Search focus area.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant, client-service-oriented experience in a high-volume environment. (High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred).
