Hiring for a Quality Control Associate in East Granby!

Job Description

The Quality Associate supports the Quality team through documentation management, quality records administration, testing support, inspection activities, and compliance-related tasks. While the role includes hands-on quality activities, a significant portion of the position focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, recording test results, supporting traceability requirements, and ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures. The individual will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure quality documentation remains current, complete, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
  • Administer quality records and support traceability requirements.
  • Conduct and support testing and inspection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare documentation to ensure it is audit-ready and compliant.
  • Support quality improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Essential Skills
