Workplace Operations Associate (Contract)
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Workplace Operations Associate toย support daily office operations in a small, high-visibility environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering a โ€œwhite gloveโ€ experience while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a critical, client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, reliability, and a welcoming, proactive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized environment
  • Greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
  • Provide a โ€œwhite gloveโ€ service experience for high-profile guests
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and calls
  • Assist employees with general office requests
  • Restock office supplies and snacks as needed
  • Serve as a liaison to the Manager of Office Services
  • Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
