We are seeking a

highly organized, dependable Operations Associate to support day-to-day

execution across our art gallery, podcast studio, and private event space.

This is a hands-on

role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and

takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work

closely with ownership and leadership to ensure professional presentation,

seamless events, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Gallery Support

  • Assist with exhibition installs and

resets

  • Label artwork and maintain inventory
  • records
  • Track consignment agreements and sales
  • documentation
  • Help prepare for opening receptions and
  • artist event
  • Maintain clean, organized gallery
  • presentation

Podcast Studio

Support

  • Prepare studio before sessions
