WHY DEPT?

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

  • Good judgment under ambiguity. Can make progress without waiting for perfect requirements while knowing when to ask for help.
  • Bias toward ownership. Proactively identifies problems, helps define success, and drives media performance work to completion with reasonable oversight.
  • Ability to prioritize. Comfortable making tradeoffs across competing campaign priorities and client needs, especially during high-volume flight periods.
  • Comfort with autonomy. Can independently own recurring media workstreams (reporting, optimizations, pacing), creating capacity for broader strategic client work.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

  • Strong stakeholder management. Effectively coordinates across media, strategy, and data teams, manages competing priorities, and builds trust with cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort with rapid iteration. Incorporates performance data and feedback quickly, adapting campaigns to changing client needs or business priorities.

LEARNING & PROBLEM SOLVING

  • Learning velocity. Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly across platforms, verticals, or unfamiliar domains and apply new knowledge effectively.
  • Quality control instincts. Strong attention to detail for campaign QA, reporting accuracy, and proactively catching issues (pacing, tracking, discrepancies) before they reach clients.
