Position Summary:

The IT Client Services Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for providing exemplary customer service in supporting University of Dayton Faculty and Staff with a wide range of technical systems and applications remotely and on-site, traveling between offices and campus locations. The position is highly knowledgeable administering systems in an Active Directory environment and using client management tools to generate accurate, meaningful reports. Communication skills and a team mentality are key to this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree OR five years of experience in an IT customer support services team role preferably in higher education
Experience coordinating across multiple IT disciplines (e.g. infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, end user support, etc.)
Prior experience and sound working knowledge of Active Directory architecture and administration
Proven ability to configure and manage groups of workstations with client management tools
Knowledge and experience with workstation imaging processes and skill sets required to build, deploy and maintain images current Windows and OSX operating systems
Experience diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues
Proficiency working with customers in an enterprise networked print environment
Excellent communication and relationship skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization including senior executives
Excellent time management skills
Ability to create technical and procedural knowledge and training resources
Self-starter, motivator and team player
Valid drivers license with low risk driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Higher Education IT experience
ITIL certification
Experience with ITSM applications
Experience in an enterprise IT environment
Industry recognized technical certification
Experience supporting Apple systems including mobile devices
